The Resourceful Homeowner Celebration has been the hallmark event for Home Repair Services for almost 30 years.  The gathering unites the extended HRS family – including clients, donors, partners, and sponsors – in an evening dedicated to showcasing the transformative impact of homeownership.  Thanks to generous sponsors, this invitation-only event is free to attend and is a “friend-raiser” rather than a fundraiser. 

Attendees can anticipate a delightful evening at the Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, including a delicious meal, bar service, and delectable desserts. The focal point of the evening is the compelling stories of four energetic homeowners who dramatically improved their homes through our DIY training and kitchen remodeling program resources. Their stories always inspire, and their commitment to successful homeownership makes our community a better place.
